“ My wife and I each ordered the street tacos. She got the pork and I ordered chicken. We swapped one taco with each other. Both were very good as were the chips and salsa that accompanied the tacos. Christina, our server, was very friendly and efficient. She took great care of us. Our only concern was one of the other servers constantly puffing on her vape behind the bar. ”
“ Came for the beer (mostly) and a light lunch on my way south after a stop in Saginaw. They ladies behind the bar were a blast. Great senses of humor, very friendly. Got a flight of four to sample the hops and malt products. Well done indeed. As for food, I went with a Michigan Winter salad. Normally don't get salads with meat (it's weird, people!) but if you eat all the meat first it's still hot and then you can enjoy the salad afterwards. The contrast of the sweet cinnamon apples with crunchy greens & walnuts and smooth, creamy goat cheese was nummy. Not a fan of the country music but we are in a rural/farming area so it's to be expected. And it's at a low volume. ”

“ This place was amazing. I love the vintage, Victorian-like decor and the set-up of the interior. I substituted brisket on my Mac n cheese and it was one of the most delicious meals I had ever eaten. Macaroni was cheesey, hot, and the brisket was moist and melted in my mouth, perfect meal! My grandma's brisket sandwich was incredible as well. The only thing was the service was just okay. They seemed annoyed with my grandma because she wanted the Tiger's game on at the bar and I got an unwelcoming vibe. But the food was so good I would definitely come back! ”
“ This is a nearby restaurant and we remark why we don't eat here more often. The food is delicious and a full plate for a decent price. The service is quick and courteous as well. My only hang up is I like my onion rings with more salt and the salt from the salt shaker wouldn't stick to the onion rings. ”
“ It was my first dining experience at Innovators Brewing Company. Our waitress Melanie, was superb! She was very knowledgeable about the menu, the spirits, and brews! She was very helpful. I had a Compass Cream ale and an ice cold mug of root beer! Both were brewed on-site. The atmosphere is rustic industrial. They pay homage to Thomas Edison with all decorations and quotations. The salt and pepper shakers are "light bulb" shaped. I ordered the steak tips, the twice baked potato, and ancient grains! The beer and the root beer were delicious with the food. We were provided freshly baked bread and whipped butter! Yum! Their ketchup is restaurant made. Innovators is a bit on the pricey side. I believe it is a great value for the quality dining experience and superb food! I look forward to my next visit!!! ”
